No. 2 Bama hosts Chattanooga before big finales

11/20 at 04:40 PM

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Javier Arenas wants to make No. 2 Alabama’s game with Chattanooga one to remember.

Arenas is one of 26 Crimson Tide seniors playing their final game Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The cornerback said that’s motivation enough that “we won’t falter in any way.“

Alabama (10-0) is a huge favorite over the FCS Mocs (6-4). Tide coach Nick Saban and his players have refused to talk about upcoming games with Auburn and Florida, insisting their focus is all on this one.

Still, this seems like such a mismatch that the big question facing Saban and Alabama might be how much to let Heisman Trophy candidate Mark Ingram carry the ball.

Saban says his team makes decisions on winning and what’s best for the team, not statistics.
