BRADENTON- Just eight days after winning a second national championship with the Alabama Crimson Tide, Dre Kirkpatrick found himself on the wrong side of the law.

The former Tide CB, who recently declared his eligibility for the NFL Draft, was arrested in Manatee County for possession of marijuana.

Some draft projections slated Kirkpatrick to go early in the first round.
